Admissions

It can be difficult to make the decision to invest in yourself and go to residential treatment. We understand that this can be a vulnerable time. Our compassionate and experienced admissions team is here to help you every step of the admissions process and answer any questions you may have.

We understand that your decision to seek treatment is one of the most significant, life-changing decisions you’ll ever make. We’re here to provide as much personalized support and attention you need as you make this important next step.

1. Contact Us For a Confidential Phone Consultation

Whether you are calling for yourself or a loved one, our compassionate Admissions Advisors will guide you through the admissions process.

We will explain our program and our clinical model of care and answer any questions that you may have.

If Helix is not the best fit for you, we’ll help identify the right treatment provider for you.

2. Complete an Admissions Assessment

Your Admissions Assessment enables us to recommend the best course of treatment for you and evaluate whether or not Helix can meet your needs.

We want to learn why you are considering treatment and what your treatment goals are. We will answer any questions you may have.

Once you have made the decision to go forward, we will schedule a date for your admission.

3. Arrive at Helix and Begin Your Healing Journey

We will help you with all the arrangements, from scheduling your admission date to arranging airport transport and emailing you a bring list.

When you arrive at our facility, you will be greeted by staff, complete your paperwork, be given a tour of our inviting residence, and shown your room.

We will help you gently transition into our treatment community so we can begin our work together.
